In this context of growth, we are currently seeking a passionate Product Development Engineer, reporting to the Director of Engineering, who will play a key role in the evolution of the product offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new products to meet market demands.

• Improve existing products in terms of performance, reliability, and manufacturing cost.

• Optimize manufacturing processes in collaboration with internal teams.

• Contribute to technical documentation (instruction sheets, product data sheets).

• Support the enhancement of the quality control system and ensure its application.

• Collaborate with the purchasing team to source and evaluate new suppliers.

• Represent the company at major industry events and trade shows.

• Travel to meet and audit suppliers and technology partners.

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems.

• Technical expertise in manufacturing (e.g., plastic extrusion, molding, machining).

• Good understanding of building mechanics and plumbing systems.

• Ability to read and analyze technical drawings and engineering documents.

• Hands-on technical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience with electronics and CAD software.

• Willingness to travel (industry events, supplier audits).
