Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including design, construction, project management, and quality assurance.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the construction or design industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of real estate project development—from concept to completion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
