Contract Assignment – Min. 12 Weeks | Hybrid | North Shore of Montreal

Our client, a fast-growing Canadian company that has recently completed several strategic acquisitions across North America, is seeking a consultant specializing in solution architecture, business process optimization, and systems integration.

The organization has experienced rapid growth over the past few years and is now entering a critical phase of operational structuring. The mandate involves reviewing, simplifying, and integrating the operational processes and systems that support the company’s activities, while also facilitating the integration of recent and future acquisitions.

Your Mandate

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will act as both a strategic and operational partner, helping design a scalable operating model capable of supporting the company’s continued growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Mapping and analyzing end-to-end business processes;
• Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational risks;
• Assessing the current use of information systems and recommending required improvements;
• Defining an integrated process architecture that eliminates manual interventions and duplicated efforts;
• Actively participating in the operational and technological integration of acquisitions;
• Determining which systems should be maintained, improved, replaced, or integrated;
• Optimizing workflows related to sales, operations, logistics, procurement, invoicing, and finance;
• Configuring and improving ERP processes to support operational best practices;
• Developing a repeatable integration framework for future acquisitions;
• Documenting new processes and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to internal teams;
• Producing a technology and operational roadmap that supports the company’s medium- and long-term growth objectives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Extensive experience in business process architecture and systems integration;
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP platform;
• A demonstrated ability to move quickly from diagnosis to execution;
• Experience with post-acquisition integration or organizational transformation initiatives;
• A strong understanding of operations, logistics, financial processes, and information systems;
• A pragmatic, results-oriented approach;
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
