The Position

Talent et Associés is currently assisting its client in the recruitment of a Senior Project Manager – Construction.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, overseeing the entire process from initial planning to final delivery. The role combines project management and on-site presence, ensuring close follow-up and direct involvement on construction sites. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all stages of projects, from design to invoicing.
• Manage change requests, monitor project progress, and ensure profitability.
• Conduct site assessments, oversee quality control, and close projects in the ERP system (Genius).
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Participate in procurement and ensure that materials meet established quality standards.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Profile Sought

• Significant experience in managing construction projects (senior-level role).
• Relevant education or experience in project management, administration, construction, or millwork.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (ideally Genius) and ability to read and interpret plans.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, and teamwork abilities.
• Bilingualism (French and English) considered an asset.
