Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all stages of the projects, from design to delivery. Acting as the main point of contact between various stakeholders, you will ensure quality, profitability, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and approve all key project milestones, from conception to final billing.
• Manage project extras, track progress, and ensure profitability.
• Conduct site measurements and maintain quality control during installation phases.
• Handle project closures within the ERP system (Genius).
• Participate in purchasing activities and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to maintain seamless communication.

Profile Sought

• Relevant experience or training in project management, construction, architectural millwork, or a related field.
• Proficiency with an ERP system and ability to read and interpret technical drawings (essential).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Bilingualism French/English is required to interact with clients and suppliers.
• Team player with flexibility, initiative, and autonomy.
