We are recruiting an OPERATIONS MANAGER to lead their Collection Center in Oakville, Ontario. The Operations Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations, ensure optimal performance and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all operations within the territory served by the collection center.
• Drive increased volumes of materials recovered and processed.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Represent the organization in dealings with industry partners.
• Lead and maintain strong Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.
• Coordinate and optimize production activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and the operational workforce.
• Meet with current clients and actively develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A natural leader with a professional, hands-on approach.
• Autonomous and able to perform effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability in sales and customer service.
• Bilingual communication skills (English and French).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
