Your role

As a land surveyor you will play a key role in the execution of a variety of mandates by supporting clients and ensuring the technical rigor of deliverables

More specifically

• Understand and analyze client needs in order to properly advise them in the execution of their projects
• Analyze and interpret various types of plans including architectural municipal and contractor plans
• Review and interpret municipal regulations as well as property titles
• Prepare review calculate and analyze various surveying plans
• Draft expert reports
• Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians
• Ensure the quality compliance and accuracy of deliverables

Profile sought

• Bachelor degree in geomatics and member of the Ordre des arpenteurs géomètres du Québec
• Relevant experience in legal surveying including construction projects
• Strong analytical skills and professional rigor
• Good understanding of municipal regulations and legal framework
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Natural leadershipStrong communication skills and well developed client approach
