  • Administering and optimizing the Microsoft 365 environment;
  • Managing Microsoft Intune for workstations and mobile devices;

  • Contributing to the development and improvement of cybersecurity practices;
  • Managing, maintaining and evolving the internal network infrastructure;
  • Providing day-to-day IT support to approximately 15 office employees;

  • Identifying needs for external IT expertise and coordinating specialized partners when required;
  • Working directly with management to align technology decisions with business needs;
  • Planning IT hardware purchases and ensuring the stability and reliability of systems and equipment.

What We’re Looking For

Above all, we are looking for someone who is hands-on, versatile and resourceful — someone who enjoys understanding an IT environment as a whole and finding practical solutions.

Ideally, you bring:

  • Approximately 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in systems administration;
  • A college diploma, technical diploma or other relevant IT education;
  • Solid experience within a Microsoft environment;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD and Microsoft Defender;
  • Good knowledge of networking and IT security;
  • The ability to take ownership of and successfully deliver IT projects;
  • Strong autonomy and sound technical judgment;
  • Excellent organizational skills, initiative and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Microsoft certifications are considered an asset.

What’s Offered

  • Salary depending on experience;
  • Stable and flexible work schedule;
  • Comprehensive group insurance;
  • Group retirement savings plan with employer contribution;
  • Excellent work-life balance;
  • Permanent position within a growing organization;
  • Human, structured and respectful work environment;
  • Granby location, easily accessible from Highway 10.

Looking for a role where you won’t be limited to just one area of IT and where your ideas and expertise can have a tangible impact? We’d love to hear from you.
