together multiple specialized entities and delivering essential services focused on building

health and safety.

With a 24/7 service presence across Quebec and expanding operations throughout Canada, the

organization operates in a wide range of sectors, including building mechanics, technical

maintenance, janitorial services and security systems.

As part of its continued growth, the company is launching a major digital transformation

program to modernize its processes, systems, and overall operating model.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will play a key role in defining,

structuring, and deploying transformation initiatives.

You will act as a critical bridge between business and technology teams, translating operational

needs into practical, scalable, and coherent solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Map current processes and define future-state processes
• Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement

Contribution to Transformation Initiatives

• Actively participate in ERP implementation (NetSuite – Oracle)
• Contribute to the modernization of HR systems
• Support CRM initiatives and customer service optimization
• Assist with the integration of AI-driven solutions
• Participate in the selection and evaluation of technology solutions
• Ensure the right balance between process standardization and operational flexibility

Implementation Support

• Produce functional deliverables (specifications, analyses, documentation)
• Support teams in adopting new systems and processes
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, business, engineering, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects
• Experience with NetSuite (strong asset)
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
• Ability to operate in complex, evolving environments
