As part of a major systems modernization initiative, the company is implementing an ERP NetSuite (Oracle) across its operations.

To support this strategic initiative, we are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst who is eager to play an active role at the intersection of finance operations and technology projects.

Your role :

You will be at the center of the organization’s financial transformation. More than a support function, you will act as a key contributor in the implementation of the new ERP system.

Your mission: ensure data integrity, configure financial modules, and validate that the system meets operational, accounting, and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities:

Process analysis and optimization :

• Map financial processes: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), fixed assets, intercompany, period close, etc.
• Identify automation opportunities (approvals, reconciliations, etc.)
• Document business rules and functional requirements

Implementation and coordination :

• Act as the main point of contact between Finance and project stakeholders
• Participate in the configuration of financial modules within NetSuite
• Design and execute rigorous test scenarios, including validation of accounting entries (debits/credits)
• Support data migration (cleansing, import, opening balances)

Training and change management :

• Develop procedures and user documentation
• Train and support teams in adopting the new system

Profile sought :

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA designation (or in progress), a strong asset
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, including involvement in an ERP project
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP)
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Assets :

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite
• Participation in a full ERP implementation
