Your role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating civil engineering projects, while actively contributing to the design of urban infrastructure and site development.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand client needs and define project scope
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects
• Contribute to the design of civil works (water and sewer systems, stormwater management, municipal and road infrastructure, earthworks)
• Perform technical analyses and prepare reports
• Oversee the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Develop project schedules and ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Monitor construction sites and provide technical support
• Supervise and guide technical team members

Profile we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or eligible
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Quebec
• Strong autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail
• Excellent French communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proficiency with Civil 3D
